Shipping Overview

Quartz Epoxy Pro LLC ships products throughout the United States using approved parcel and freight carriers.

Due to the nature of epoxy and chemical-based materials, shipping methods, transit times, and costs may vary depending on order size, weight, and destination.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1โ€“3 business days after payment is received and verified.

Processing times may be extended due to:

  • High order volume

  • Product availability

  • Custom-tinted or special-order materials

  • Holidays or weekends

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our control do not qualify for refunds or credits.


Freight Shipments

Some epoxy productsย may require freight shipping due to weight or volume.

Additional carrier fees may apply and will be disclosed at checkout when applicable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive freight shipments.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions

  • Shipping method

  • Destination address

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except in cases of confirmed shipping errors caused by Quartz Epoxy LLC.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.

Quartz Epoxy LLC is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned to sender due to address errors

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is marked โ€œDeliveredโ€ by the carrier, Quartz Epoxy LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

For missing shipments, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim. We will provide tracking information upon request.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Inspect all packages immediately upon delivery

  • Report damage to support@quartzepoxy.com within 24 hours

  • Include clear photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void eligibility for replacement or refund.

For freight deliveries, damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.


International Shipping

At this time, Quartz Epoxy LLC ships within the United States only.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
